The Martinez family settled in the vast and fertile coastal plains of Sinaloa, the produce Capital of Mexico, since the early 1900’s. Graced with abundant sun, rich soil fed by a delta, this Sinaloan region is where the Martinez family turned their attention to learn the rich traditions of the Mexican culinary arts. Generations of experience have created a high level of quality recipes and the love for the art of the Mexican cuisine. The joy of freshly picked tomatoes and vegetables, their smell, color, taste and texture inspired the Martinez family to use these beautiful gifts from the earth to enrich life with enjoyment through their world of Mexican Foods.
